Author Bio

Wenhua Yu is a Visiting Professor in the department of Electrical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. A published author, Dr. Yu has written over 70 technical papers. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China.

Raj Mittra is a Professor and Director of the Electromagnetic Communication Laboratory in the Electrical Engineering department at Pennsylvania State University. An extensively published author with over 30 books and 700 papers to his credit, Dr. Mittra received the IEEE/APS Distinguished Achievement Award in 2002.
